Burleigh Waters Residence Electrical Renovation by AMP’D
We recently completed a full house electrical renovation for GMC Construction on a waterfront Burleigh Waters residence
The renovation consisted of full electrical design and electrical installations by the AMP’D Electrical & Solar team.
Specifically, the project works included: Electrical design and planning; led lighting; led strip lighting; pendant lighting; switches; power points; ceiling fans; electrical kitchen appliances (range hood, cooktop and oven); upgrading smoke alarms (to comply with the new legislation); security (outdoor lighting and video intercom); and much more. The works also included the non-designer side of things, but most importantly the rewiring and compliance.
From rough-in, fit off to completion, we worked with the builder and all the trades to ensure everything ran efficiently and on time.
The best part of the renovation was seeing the transformation for our clients, their ideas coming to life. Bringing dated into modern and somewhere proud for them to call home. An excellent bonus of renovating is making the house energy efficient, to lower power bills.

Never DIY electrical on any renovation or new build. For one it is illegal and two it’s for you and your families own safety. Ensure all your tradesmen are licensed with the relevant authorities. Unsure, ask to see their licence. We are more than happy to show you all of our licenses.
